Meet your new Starmark Maker!

Dear Starmark,

I’m Keri Atchley, a creative director and designer with 30+ years of experience leading integrated brand campaigns across tourism, healthcare, higher ed, B2B, and lifestyle. I thrive in Agile environments where collaboration, iteration, and teamwork drive results.

My daughter Liz Atchley just joined Starmark and speaks so highly of the culture—I’d love the chance to contribute my creative leadership and campaign experience to your team.

Over the past 25 years, I have built a career on delivering integrated, multi-platform campaigns for industries including tourism, healthcare, higher education, B2B/tech, and lifestyle brands. What drew me most to Starmark is your commitment to Agile methodology—it mirrors how I’ve approached design leadership for decades: staying adaptive, collaborative, and resilient through the ever-changing tides of technology, business, and the economy.

For me, Agile is more than a workflow—it’s a mindset. I value daily check-ins, cross-functional transparency, and sprint-based planning because they allow creative teams to focus on what matters most: producing work that delivers results. I thrive in environments where the right team members are empowered to do what they do best—salespeople drive sales, strategists map strategy, and designers bring the creative to life. That balance allows me to focus on what I do best: solving client problems and helping their businesses and dreams expand, get noticed, and be remembered through strategic, curious, and creative campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, and experiential.

I miss being part of larger teams where collaboration fuels innovation. Starmark’s culture of strategic thinking and award-winning creative makes me eager to contribute not only my design expertise but also my leadership in brand identity, integrated campaigns, and client partnerships. I am confident that my background and philosophy align with your mission of delivering stellar work with measurable impact.

Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience and vision can help further Starmark’s success.

Warm regards,

Keri Atchley

This Goldflower portfolio reflects my passion for wellness, design, and purpose-driven storytelling—merging creative intuition with technical precision to build something truly elevated for the Florida cannabis community and beyond.plore My Work >>

Keri Atchley is a multidisciplinary designer, creative director, and storyteller whose three-decade career has bridged art, science, and soul. As the founder of Design360 LLC, she has shaped visual experiences for Fortune 500 companies, international lifestyle brands, and emerging wellness ventures — creating design systems that heal, educate, and elevate.

A pioneer in digital design, Keri began working with Adobe Creative Suite during its beta era, mastering Photoshop in 1990 and InDesign in 1999. Her portfolio spans experiential environments, luxury packaging, print, and digital storytelling for clients such as Coca-Cola, Michelin, Motorola, TOTO USA, and the Atlanta Braves, as well as high-impact lifestyle and luxury brands across Florida and beyond.

As Executive Creative Director of Design360, Keri led the full creative direction for CHT Medical (Chestnut Hill Therapeutics)—one of Florida’s first licensed medical marijuana providers—later re-contracted post-acquisition by Aphria to oversee compliant packaging, branding, and patient education materials. Her design approach merges regulatory precision with lifestyle appeal, crafting identities that inspire trust while honoring the culture and healing potential of the plant.

Her creative footprint extends across wellness and beverage brands including Sea Level Spirits, 30A Coastal Wines, Thompson 31Fifty Wines, and Black Dog Cellars, as well as high-end hospitality projects like The Court – SEASIDE®, Coastal Luxury Real Estate, and the Gulf Coast’s premier publications VIP 30A Magazine and Boat South, where she served as art director and designer for every issue between 2022 and 2024.

Keri also served with Inbloom Autism Services, blending her design and behavioral science expertise to develop patient education and wellness communications that bridge creative storytelling with evidence-based care. Her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) deepened her insight into human motivation, empathy, and the power of mindful design— skills she now brings to every brand and mentorship project.

A certified RYT-200 Yoga and Meditation Instructor with an additional Children’s Yoga Alliance (CRYT-95) credential, Keri integrates mindfulness and neuroscience into her creative leadership and mentorship programs. She is the founder of GirlTalk Jax and The Big Sister You Always Wanted (BSYAW)—initiatives that empower tween and teen girls to build confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and understanding through talking, sharing, and listening - while offering techniques in mindfulness and creative expression.

Over the years, her work has been featured in Modern Luxury, VIE, The Atlantan, Emerald Coast Magazine, and Martha Stewart / OMNI Media, and has helped raise more than $10 million for philanthropic causes through design-driven storytelling. She is also the author of the children’s book The Adventures of the Almost 10 lb. Beastie.

Today, Keri continues to design with intention—bridging aesthetics and empathy, regulation and rebellion, beauty and purpose. Whether she’s building a cannabis brand, curating a luxury publication, or mentoring the next generation of creative women, her mission remains the same...

to design experiences that connect, heal, and inspire.

Aphria/CHT Medical

Successfully launched CHT Medical into the highly competitive US Medical Cannabis market, as one of the first (of six) approved Florida companies to provide alternative compassionate care and legalize medical marijuana for patients.

The branding and packaging designs accelerated CHT Medical’s growth and sales, placing them in an attractive position for expansion and investment. As Aphria/Liberty Health Sciences acquired CHT Medical, Design360 continued engagement & rebranding with the new ownership.
