Meet your new Starmark Maker!
Dear Goldflower,
After three decades of designing for Fortune 500s, international corporations, and startups alike, I’ve learned that great design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about trust, culture, and connection. That’s why I’m drawn to Goldflower. You’re not just a dispensary; you’re a team of artists and scientists of cultivation — innovators grounded in tradition, purveyors of the plant in all its finest forms.
My most defining project was with CHT Medical, one of Florida’s first six approved medical marijuana licensees — a groundbreaking moment for the state’s cannabis industry. I designed the original doctor and patient packets, regulatory cut sheets, web graphics, ads, banners, and compliant signage that helped establish the earliest design and communication standards for Florida’s regulated cannabis market. When CHT Medical (Chestnut Hill Therapeutics) was later acquired by Aphria, I was re-contracted to lead the packaging, branding, and marketing materials for the new operation. That work gave me deep, hands-on experience inside the startup grow-house environment — building compliance, packaging, and regulatory systems from the ground up. You can see a sampling of that project here: design-360.com/featured-projects/medical-marijuana.
I share Goldflower’s belief in the power of the plant to heal the body and uplift the spirit, and in the privilege of helping people feel better through thoughtful design. Having worked at every level — from startup cultivation facilities to luxury beverage and wellness brands — I bring a rare combination of regulatory understanding, brand storytelling, and creative execution that aligns with your mission to elevate cannabis culture across Florida.
Thank you for considering my application. I would be honored to contribute my experience, passion, and design mastery to Goldflower’s growing team.
With appreciation and creative energy,
Keri Atchley

Her creative footprint extends across wellness and beverage brands including Sea Level Spirits, 30A Coastal Wines, Thompson 31Fifty Wines, and Black Dog Cellars, as well as high-end hospitality projects like The Court – SEASIDE®, Coastal Luxury Real Estate, and the Gulf Coast’s premier publications VIP 30A Magazine and Boat South, where she served as art director and designer for every issue between 2022 and 2024.
Keri also served with Inbloom Autism Services, blending her design and behavioral science expertise to develop patient education and wellness communications that bridge creative storytelling with evidence-based care. A certified RYT-200 Yoga and Meditation Instructor with an additional Children’s Yoga Alliance (CRYT-95) credential, Keri integrates mindfulness and neuroscience into her creative leadership and mentorship programs. She is also the author of the children’s book The Adventures of the Almost 10 lb. Beastie.
Today, Keri continues to design with intention—bridging aesthetics and empathy, regulation and rebellion, beauty and purpose. Whether she’s building a cannabis brand, curating a luxury publication, or mentoring the next generation of creative women, her mission remains the same...
